DMCA Copyright Policy
How to report copyright infringement to TryTrendAI or submit a counter-notice.
This policy explains how KFD Team handles copyright complaints concerning TryTrendAI. Send copyright notices and counter-notices to support@trytrendai.com.
Submitting a Copyright Notice
If you own a copyright or act for its owner, send a written infringement notice to support@trytrendai.com. Identify the reference clip, audio, image or other material at issue. For a notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), include all of the following:
Your physical or electronic signature as the owner or an authorized representative; identification of the copyrighted work (or a representative list for multiple works at one site); identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough location information, such as exact URLs, for us to find it.
Contact information sufficient to reach you, including your address, telephone number and email address, if available; a statement of your good-faith belief that the disputed use lacks authorization from the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
How We Respond
We review notices and may request missing details. For a compliant notice, we act expeditiously to remove the identified material or disable access, including affected reference clips where applicable, and take reasonable steps to notify the uploader. We may share the notice with the affected person to address the complaint.
Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe your material was removed through mistake or misidentification, send a written counter-notice to support@trytrendai.com. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3), include your physical or electronic signature; identify the removed material and its former location; and state, under penalty of perjury, your good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
Include your name, address and telephone number. State your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address, or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where the service provider may be found. State that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
We forward a compliant counter-notice to the complainant. Where the statutory process applies, we inform them of planned restoration and restore access 10–14 business days after receipt, unless we receive notice that they filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.
Repeat Infringers
Our policy is to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of repeat copyright infringers. KFD Team reviews infringement reports and account history when deciding whether to restrict or terminate an account.
False or Abusive Notices
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages, costs and attorney fees. Consider applicable permissions and copyright exceptions before submitting. If unsure, seek independent legal advice.
