Refund and Credit Policy
Failed videos, credit returns and purchase support.
TryTrendAI is operated by KFD Team ("KFD Team", "we", "us" or "our"). This policy explains how credits, failed videos and refunds work.
Each video is charged once. If it fails, its credits are returned once, automatically, and you can start a new video. Credits from a pack never expire.
A finished video is delivered as an AI-generated result and may differ from your expectations. Deleting a finished task does not return credits.
Credit returns and payment refunds are different. A cash refund requires a review of the purchase; contact support with the order reference.
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, including the User Uploads rules, purchases and unused credits are not refunded, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
