Privacy Policy
How photos, videos, account details and task records are handled.
This Privacy Policy explains how KFD Team ("KFD Team", "we", "us" or "our") handles information when you use TryTrendAI (the "Service"). Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.
We keep account identifiers, billing records, credit transactions and minimal task records to run and recover the service. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not receive full card numbers.
Uploaded Photos and Generated Videos
Before you press Generate, a selected photo stays on your device: we show a preview in your browser and may keep a draft in your browser's storage for up to 24 hours so you can return after signing in or buying credits. It is not sent to us at that stage. The exception is a photo you add with your phone by scanning a QR code: it is uploaded to private storage as soon as you add it.
When you press Generate (or, for phone uploads, when you add the photo), your photos are uploaded to private storage (Cloudflare R2) tied to your account. Your uploaded photos can only be accessed by your account (or, if you haven't signed in, your session in this browser) and service providers processing them to provide the Service. Generated videos are also stored in private storage. In addition to access through your account, generated videos can be downloaded through time-limited download links: if you buy without signing in, we email a link to your payment email when your video is ready, and a QR code link is shown only when you choose to open one. Anyone holding such a link can download the video, subject to the link's expiry and download limit.
To check and create your video, your photos are sent to our AI model provider, WaveSpeed AI, which performs automated content moderation and video generation on our behalf. Copies held by WaveSpeed are subject to its own retention terms.
Uploaded photos and generated videos are automatically deleted 7 days after they are created. You can delete a finished video sooner from Your creations; this removes its files and any uploaded photos that no other saved task uses. After deletion we keep only a minimal technical record (such as an identifier, file type, file size and content hash) without the image itself, to operate and secure the Service.
We use your photos only to provide the Service to you, including moderation, generation, delivery and handling abuse reports. We do not sell them or use them for marketing or training AI models.
If we find, or are told, that an upload depicts a minor or otherwise violates our Terms of Service, we delete it and may retain and disclose information as required by law, including reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other competent authorities.
