Terms of Service
Photo permissions, generation limits and purchase terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TryTrendAI, including this website, the video generator and any related features (together, the "Service"), which is operated by KFD Team ("KFD Team", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using any feature of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into these Terms.
One video uses the credits shown before you generate. Packs are one-time purchases; there is no automatic subscription. Review the total before checkout.
Each video is one generation. If it fails, its credits come back automatically; trying again or picking another version is a new task. Playing or downloading an existing result costs nothing extra.
AI output varies and no exact result or completion time is guaranteed. You are responsible for permissions relating to your inputs and how you use the output.
User Uploads
"User Content" means any photo, image or other material you upload to the Service, together with any information you submit with it. Videos and images that the Service generates from your User Content are "Outputs".
You may upload a photo of a person only if it depicts (i) you, or (ii) another adult aged 18 or older who has given you explicit, informed consent to upload it and to have it turned into a video through the Service. The adult pictured decides whether their image may be used; if they withdraw consent, you must stop using the photo and delete any related Outputs. Photos of a pet or other animal are permitted if you have the right to use them and no minor appears in them.
Images of minors are strictly prohibited. You must not upload any image that depicts, or appears to depict, a person under 18, in whole or in part, including in the background. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is absolutely prohibited. If we detect or are made aware of such material, we will remove it, terminate the associated account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or other competent authorities as required by law.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
You must not use the Service to upload, create or share User Content or Outputs that: (a) contain nudity or are sexual or pornographic; (b) create sexual, intimate or otherwise non-consensual depictions or deepfakes of any real person; (c) depict or promote violence, self-harm or graphic injury; (d) promote hatred or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics, or harass, bully, threaten or defame anyone; (e) infringe or misappropriate anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; (f) impersonate any person or entity, or mislead others about who appears in a video or whether it is real; (g) are used for fraud, scams or other deceptive practices; or (h) are otherwise unlawful.
You must not attempt to bypass content moderation, usage limits or other safeguards, or access the Service by automated means except as we expressly permit.
Content Moderation and Enforcement
Uploaded photos are checked by automated content moderation before a video is generated, and a request that is not approved is not processed. Moderation is not perfect: passing it does not mean that User Content complies with these Terms, and you remain responsible for it.
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove or disable access to any User Content or Output, refuse or stop any generation, and suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the law, or to protect other users, third parties or the Service. If your account is suspended or terminated for a violation, purchases and unused credits are not refunded, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
